**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee interior and construction projects across Kerala. Freshers with a keen interest in site management and willingness to travel extensively are welcome to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage on-site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of projects.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow.
- Monitor safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations on-site.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to the management team.
- Address on-site challenges promptly and effectively.
- Assist in maintaining the inventory of materials required for each project.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Freshers are welcome; previous experience in site supervision or related fields is a plus.
- Civil or Mechanical Engineers can apply.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Ability to manage teams and maintain on-site discipline.
- Basic knowledge of construction/interior processes is an advantage.
