You will be responsible for:
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements,
and handle correspondence for the founders. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other
documents as needed.
- Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies,
managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the office environment is conducive to productivity.
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating and tracking various projects and initiatives led by the
founders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and
projects.
- Communications: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf
required.
- Strategic Support: Conduct research, gather data, and provide insights to support strategic
decision-making by the founders. Assist in analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and
industry developments.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions and communications.
- Special Projects: Undertake special projects and assignments as delegated by the founders. This
may involve conducting market research, organizing events, or assisting in fundraising activities.
