About the Role:

We are hiring a Content Creator - Intern to work directly with the Founder on content strategy, storytelling, and community engagement. This internship will give you hands-on experience in building a personal brand and creating engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.

Responsibilities:

  • Create short-form and long-form content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube).
  • Write captions, hooks, and repurpose podcasts/videos.
  • Support content calendar management.
  • Research trends and brainstorm new ideas.
  • Collaborate with editors and designers.
  • Drive community engagement through comments and conversations.

Performance Expectations (KPA/KRA)

  • LinkedIn: 25 comments per week
  • Instagram (D Vivid Consultant): 25 comments per week
  • Instagram (Abroadgnanguru): 25 comments per week
  • YouTube: 10–15 comments per week
  • Facebook: 10–15 comments per week
  • 2–3 new content ideas weekly

Requirements

  • Passion for social media and content creation.
  • Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok trends.
  • Basic video editing (CapCut, InShot, Canva, VN).
  • Strong writing skills for captions and scripts.
  • Interest in education, entrepreneurship, and personal growth.

Stipend & Benefits

  • Stipend will be paid during the internship.
  • Internship Certificate and Letter of Recommendation (LOR) on successful completion.
  • Potential full-time opportunity for high performers.
