**Job Title**: Finance Officer - Founders' Office

**Location**: Gota, Ahmedabad

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000 per month (Fixed) + Yearly Incentives

**About the Role**:
Are you passionate about numbers and financial accuracy? We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Finance Officer** to join our Founders' Office. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with the leadership team and take ownership of core financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations
- Prepare and finalize GST filings and ensure 26AS reconciliation
- Assist in the finalization of accounts and financial statements
- Maintain compliance with all statutory requirements
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions
- Work on Tally and coordinate with external CA firms as needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance/accounts
- Background in working with CA firms preferred
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of taxation, GST, and finalization processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field (B.Com/M.Com); pursuing CA/Inter CA is a plus
