1. Handle phone inquiries on the shopify platform for our home furnishing brand..

2. Provide product information, order assistance, and reslove customer concerns.

3. Adapt communications styles for our diverse luxury client base.

4.Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.

5. Collaborate with the team to address customer complaints and escalations..

6. Learn and use additional tools or software integrated with the CRM system for enhanced customer support..

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in customer service or CRM for e-commerce.
- Shopify platform proficiency.
- High English fluency.
- Familiarity with luxury home furnishings products and services..
- Adaptability in communication for a luxury client base.
- Proficient in call scripting.
- Team player with effective coordination skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
