- **Operating and maintaining lathe machines**: This includes setting up, loading materials, and making adjustments during operation.
- **Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints**: Understanding the specifications for the parts being produced.
- **Selecting appropriate tools and materials**: Choosing the right tools for the job and ensuring material quality.
- **Monitoring machine operations**: Ensuring the machine is running correctly and making adjustments as needed.
- **Inspecting finished products**: Checking for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
- **Performing routine maintenance**: Keeping the machine in good working order.
- **Documenting production data and maintaining records**: Tracking production output and machine performance.
- **Collaborating with engineers and quality control**: Working with other team members to ensure quality and efficiency.
- **Following safety procedures**: Ensuring a safe working environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Basic math and mechanical aptitude**: Understanding measurements, tolerances, and machine operations.
- **Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings**: Interpreting detailed plans for production.
- **Knowledge of lathe machine operations**: Understanding the basics of lathe operation and maintenance.
- **Attention to detail and accuracy**: Ensuring precise measurements and quality control.
- **Problem-solving skills**: Troubleshooting and resolving machine issues.
- **Basic understanding of safety procedures**: Operating machinery safely and following safety protocols.
- **High school diploma or equivalent**: Typically required for entry-level positions.
- **Relevant work experience or training**: On-the-job training or an apprenticeship can be valuable.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
