Injection Molding Machine Operator

**Working Hours : 9am to 9pm**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Machine Operation & Setup**:

- Operate and monitor injection molding machines for smooth production.
- Perform **die changes and mold changes** as per production requirements.
- Set up machines with correct parameters for different molds and materials.
- **Production Management**:

- Plan daily/weekly production schedules to meet targets.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure rejection levels are minimized.
- Supervise operators/workers on shop floor to ensure efficiency.
- **Maintenance & Troubleshooting**:

- Handle routine preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of molding machines.
- Identify and troubleshoot process issues (temperature, pressure, cycle time, etc.).
- Coordinate with maintenance team for timely repairs and servicing.
- **Process & Quality Control**:

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ISO standards.
- Monitor cycle times, optimize processes for cost and productivity.
- Document machine settings, changeovers, and production reports.
- **Team & Reporting**:

- Guide and train machine operators on proper mold changing and machine handling.
- Report daily production, downtime, and maintenance activities to management.
- Coordinate with QA/QC team to resolve defects and ensure product consistency.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong experience in **die & mold changing**.
- Knowledge of injection molding machine operation & maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret machine manuals & drawings.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Leadership skills for managing operators and helpers.
- Knowledge of **safety procedures** and preventive maintenance.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
