Morcom Induction Pvt. Ltd. is a well-established company in the kitchen appliance manufacturing sector. We are seeking an experienced **Injection Molding Machine Operator** to join our production team and ensure efficient operation of the molding machines.

**Position Overview**:
The **Injection Molding Machine Operator** will be responsible for the operation, setup, and maintenance of injection molding machines. This role involves monitoring the production process, troubleshooting machine issues, and ensuring that products meet the company's quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate **injection molding machines** to start production cycles.
- Adjust machine settings for different product requirements to ensure optimal production efficiency.
- Monitor the machines during operation to ensure they are functioning properly and maintaining product quality.
- Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machine malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety standards.
- Record production data and machine performance for reporting and analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an **Injection Molding Machine Operator**.
- Basic technical knowledge of injection molding machinery and equipment.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under mínimal supervision.
- Familiarity with safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
