1) Having Minimum 5-6 years Experience in Handing Accounts Like DMART and RELIANCE
Retail.
2) Forecasting monthly sales and Sales target achievement on monthly basis and supervision of
Promoters.
3) PO Generation, PO supplies, Maintaining fill rate standards at the existing Chains.
4) TOT Implementation, shelf share, Brand visibility, Product Availability.
5) Payment collection: Payment collection from account in line with TOT norms.
Team Management To hire, groom & nurture off-role team of promoters and merchandisers.
Leveraging relationship Nurturing relationship with key accounts personal, salesmen, outlet in charge, floor manager, category in charge to engage them to gain disproportionate share of mind
MIS / Analytical skills to collect sales data outlet wise (Key accounts) and help Reporting Manager to generate action points to ensure target achievements, activity milestones (if any), stocking norms, stock mix health etc.

**Salary**: From ₹45,000.00 per month
