
Office Administrator/accounts

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. 2.Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and credit notes for accounts payable and receivable. 3. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. 4. Administer payroll, including calculating salaries, taxes, and benefits, and ensuring timely payment to employees. 5. Oversee office administration, including maintaining office supplies, managing the filing system, and coordinating travel arrangements. 6. Coordinate with external auditors during audits, providing necessary financial information and documentation. 7. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 8. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements. 9. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to inform business decisions. 10. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure that all financial transactions are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
