About You:
**About the Business Intelligence Architect Position**

In this role you will develop data models and reporting within PowerBI utilising other data warehousing/BI tools. This position has the opportunity to advance quickly with high performance and motivation. You will assist with key reporting needs and **collaborate with Business Applications team members and PlanSource stakeholders to complete reporting tasks.** This role is critical in the rapid deployment of **timely and impactful **business needs **for the entire Business Applications ecosystem.**

**Skills**
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis developing business intelligence and reporting
- Experienced in data modelling and integration through extracting, transforming and loading (ETL) data from various sources.
- Production level experience working with Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Power Bi Services)
- Proficient with SQL
- Experienced with DAX - e.g., able to write ‘Calculate’ functions.
- Adept at data prep, data modeling and data visualization
- Exposure to multidimensional databases (cubes), dashboards, scoreboards, and SharePoint Online
- Experience designing and developing dashboards and KPIs using Power BI

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience working with CRM and ERP business systems like Salesforce, Netsuite etc
- Experience with Microsoft Azure data analytics tools, such as, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factories, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse
- Experience with Microsoft BI Stack (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS) and other BI stack of technologies
- Advance knowledge of writing complex SQL queries

**Responsibilities**
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements
- Build and deliver dashboard and analytical solutions using Microsoft’s Power BI and related Azure data services
- Configure data intake using Query and its formula language, ‘M’
- Create data models
- Write calculations using Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)
