The ideal candidate will design and implement robust, scalable Microsoft Fabric and Power BI architectures, ensuring optimized data models and impactful dashboards. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement end-to-end Power BI solutions, including Interactive and Paginated Reporting. Build efficient, scalable semantic models using DAX and Power BI best practices. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and translate requirements. Optimize data performance, visualizations, and user experience across reports and dashboards. Guide and mentor BI developers and analysts to enhance team capability. Required Skills: 920 years of experience in BI, with a strong focus on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Mandatory: Deep hands-on expertise in semantic modeling and report distribution. Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and advanced data modeling. Skilled in Power BI Apps, Subscriptions, and deployment best practices. Experience with Dynamic RLS, Field Parameters, and Calculation Groups. Proficient in Dataflow Gen1 & Gen2 and Deployment Pipelines. Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate & Power Apps). Strong knowledge of Lakehouse, Medallion Architecture, Warehouse, and OneLake. Hands-on experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms.
