Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an Oracle Database Administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of Oracle database architecture and concepts.
- Proficiency in Oracle database administration tasks, including installation, configuration, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and security management.
- Experience with Oracle database tools and utilities, such as SQL*Plus, Enterprise Manager, Data Pump, and RMAN.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for database development and administration tasks.
- Familiarity with database monitoring and management tools, such as Oracle Grid Control or similar solutions.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Unix/Linux, Windows) and network fundamentals.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Oracle certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) is a plus.
