**About the role**:

- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing manager to join our team. As the “AVP Marketing”, you will be responsible for multiple things including, but not limited to, running our awards partnerships, partnering with agencies and other companies to come up with co-branded reports which use our data, and run our “Member in Spotlight” initiative.

**Requirements**:
Key responsibilities and expectations:

- Build and maintain relationships with partners and community members
- Ensure timely delivery of data and other creatives to our partners and collaborators
- Work with data, analyze it, find meaningful trends, and collaborate to create co-branded reports
- Run campaigns, iterate, and reach milestones; collaborate with projects teams to convert it into a stable, long-term infrastructure
- Lead multiple marketing units and hire, train, and manage new people as needed
- Track and measure the effort put into and the impact of each initiative
- 7-11 years of total experience with at least 3-4 years of marketing experience
- Proven ability to identify and solve complex problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
