**Inventory Planning Head**

**About Essentials function**:
This role will require building the right processes for better Warehouse Management, Vendor management, Working Capital Management, Wastage Controls, Automation of reordering logics with higher inventory turnover and receiving of stocks in the Store POS system. Ability to set up Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), assess the path for higher margins and automating processes to solve problem statements with long-term solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
Role Responsibilities
- Define and monitor processes across all CWHs to ensure KPIs are tracked and improved upon.
- Leading & mentoring the CWH Teams and the 3P partners
- Champion and execute early project governance actions for key projects
- Solutioning to key stakeholders, business for managing events, seasonal and festival periods
- Escalate issues for resolution - collaborate with CWH Managers, City Leads, 3PL teams, Procurement Team etc
- Thought Leadership and Strategy
- Lead/participate in Growth Initiatives linking to CWH operations
- Ensure Product and Project delivery of business capabilities and outcomes through active engagement in key projects and strong partnership with key stakeholders

**Skills and Qualification**:

- A good understanding of the retail business is an advantage. However, having a strong sense of business is sufficient.
- Program management skills, interpersonal communication skills - Ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain management will be an advantage
- Have a fire in your belly to get out of your comfort zone and build the business from the ground up.
- Ability to drive decisions with data.
- Work with some really smart people, and still raise the bar for all of us.

**Eligibility**:

- Education: Any bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 5-8 years in supply chain, preferably in Grocery E-commerce/Grocery Retail.
