**Job Description**:
As the NPD AGM Quality at Sansera Engineering, you will be responsible for leading our New Product Development (NPD) quality team and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product design, manufacturing, and supply chain to drive quality improvements at every stage of the product development process. Your main objective will be to ensure that Sansera Engineering's products exceed customer expectations and comply with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement quality strategies for new product development projects, including establishing quality standards, testing protocols, and inspection processes.

2. Lead a team of quality engineers and technicians to drive continuous improvement and problem-solving activities related to product quality.

3. Collaborate with product design and engineering teams to conduct design reviews and provide input on manufacturing capabilities and quality considerations.

4. Establish and maintain quality control plans for new product development projects, including conducting risk assessments and implementing quality assurance measures.

5. Work closely with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure that quality requirements are clearly communicated and adhered to throughout the supply chain.

6. Support the development and implementation of robust validation and verification processes to ensure that products meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.

7. Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identify trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and non-conformances.

8. Participate in customer audits and visits to demonstrate Sansera Engineering's commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, etc.).
- Proven track record of successfully leading quality improvement initiatives and driving results in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
