**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain the company’s services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information after each call.
- Schedule appointments for site visits and consultations with the sales or design teams.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert inquiries into potential clients.
- Handle customer queries and provide information regarding ongoing and upcoming construction and interior projects.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and updating records based on call outcomes.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all clients and prospects.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and appointments.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar telecalling or customer service role, preferably in the construction or interior design industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and engaging tone.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficient in using basic office software and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of the construction and interior design industry is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in handling customer inquiries related to construction, real estate, or interior design.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
