**Job Title: Telecaller** **Company: Apricot Technology Solutions** **Location: sec 74 gurgaon ** **Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month** **Experience: 1-2 years** **Education: Must be a graduate in any stream** --- Apricot Technology Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our sales team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, closing sales, and contributing to our overall business growth. If you are passionate about technology education and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you. **Responsibilities**: - Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our IT courses and services. - Generate leads through cold calling and follow up on leads provided. - Answer questions about our courses and address customer concerns. - Persuade prospective customers to enroll in our courses by providing detailed information. - Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. - Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales. - Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs and challenges. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies. **Skills**: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. - Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Good organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent. - Basic understanding of IT courses and industry trends (preferred). **Education and Experience**: - Must be a graduate in any stream. - 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar sales role. - Prior experience in the education or technology sector is a plus. **Benefits**: - Competitive salary
