As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Receiving incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries.
- Collecting and documenting detailed information about the appliance issues reported by customers.
- Scheduling appointments for our repair technicians.
- Providing information about our services and pricing.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Gather and record customer information, including contact details and nature of the issue.
- Coordinate with the scheduling team to book service appointments.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates if necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
- A friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the home appliance repair industry.
- Bilingual abilities (English and another language).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
