We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing IT solutions company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate
leads, and achieve our sales goals.

**Responsibilities**:
**Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media advertising platforms.**

**Create high-quality social media content (text, images, and videos) that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.**

Manage and schedule social media posts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).

**Collaborate with the design team to ensure all marketing materials (graphics, posters, etc.) are visually appealing and align with brand guidelines.**

Track and analyse campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and report on key metrics (e.g., website traffic, leads generated, conversion rates).

**Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.**

Work collaboratively with other departments (e.g., sales, design) to achieve overall marketing goals.

Qualifications:
**Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).**

1+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clear and concise messaging.

**Proficient in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms).**

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Excellent organizational skills and a strong commitment to deadlines.**

Passion for IT solutions and a strong understanding of the industry (a plus)
