**Qualifications**:

- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
