Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Speech Language Pathologist located in Lucknow with ISF- Autism Care. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing and treating communication and swallowing disorders in patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Daily tasks include providing one-on-one therapy sessions, developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and keeping detailed records of patient progress.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's/ Diploma degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Experience in diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing disorders in child with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients, and recording detailed progress notes
Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred
0-2 years of experience is desirable

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting
SLPs work directly with clients to assess and treat communication and speech disorders.
Clinical skills include conducting assessments, diagnosing disorders, and implementing therapy or intervention plans.
Active listening is crucial for understanding a client's communication difficulties and concerns. SLPs must pay close attention to verbal and nonverbal cues to make accurate assessments.
Maintaining accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress is essential for tracking a client's development and ensuring continuity of care.
