Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Therapist located in Lucknow. The Speech Therapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Daily tasks include developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and providing guidance and support to families. The role also involves conducting therapy sessions, maintaining accurate records, and participating in team meetings to discuss progress and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Speech Therapy, diagnosing and treating Speech Disorders
  • Experience with Dysphagia management
  • Knowledge of Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Relevant certification or licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience in working with children with autism and special needs is preferable
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field is beneficial
