**Job Opening: Speech Language Pathologist/Speech Therapist**

Are you an experienced professional in the field of Speech-Language Pathology, or are you a motivated fresher eager to embark on a rewarding career in speech therapy?

**Qualification for Speech Language Pathologist**:

- Relevant degree and certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid registration with the respective regulatory body.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive, client-centered care plans using both standardized and non-standardized evaluation methods.
- Utilize evidence from research and relevant resources to make informed intervention decisions.
- Engage in individualized speech therapy approaches during 1:1 client sessions, fostering motivation and challenging clients to achieve established communication goals.
- Regularly collect data and make decisions based on empirical evidence to enhance the quality of interventions.
- Collaborate seamlessly within a team environment, prioritizing the developmental needs of clients.
- Adapt activities or treatment methods based on client requirements to optimize success and engagement in speech therapy.
- Demonstrate clear and effective communication with clients, caregivers, families, colleagues, and other providers (Occupational Therapists, Developmental Therapists, Physical Therapists, etc.) to ensure a cohesive and holistic therapeutic approach.
- Work collaboratively with parents to maximize carryover, assisting them in developing and maintaining effective, achievable home programs for speech therapy.
- Ensure timely completion of evaluations and daily notes after each speech therapy session.
- Provide coverage for missed sessions on weekends if required.
- Facilitate and participate in parent meetings to provide updates on speech therapy goals.
- Lead and conduct speech therapy training sessions for center staff.
- Provide specific team training aligned with the child’s programs for the quarter/year.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Exceptional supervisory skills.
- In-depth knowledge of speech-language pathology.
- Ability to interpret data effectively for setting and achieving client communication goals.
- Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
