**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an **enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator** to support our digital marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who is starting their career in digital marketing and wants to gain hands-on experience in managing campaigns, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth execution of projects.

**Key Responsibilities:Project Support**
- Maintain and update project timelines and task lists to ensure deadlines are met.
- Help coordinate between content, design, and technical teams for smooth execution.

**Administrative & Reporting Tasks**
- Prepare and share basic project status updates and performance summaries.
- Document meeting notes, feedback, and action points for internal records.
- Support in maintaining marketing calendars and task trackers.

**Execution Assistance**
- Help gather creatives, content, and approvals needed for campaign launches.
- Support basic monitoring of campaign performance and flagging issues to senior team members.
- Assist in uploading and scheduling posts or ads under guidance.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace tools; basic knowledge of project tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Internship or 0-1 year experience in digital marketing or project coordination preferred.
- Basic knowledge of platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or Canva is a bonus.

**Performance Metrics (KPIs)**:

- Timely support in project execution and updates.
- Accuracy and completeness of reports and documentation.
- Positive collaboration with internal teams.
- Proactive learning and skill development.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
