
Sales Representative

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**: Identify and approach potential clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships with them to understand their investment needs and offer suitable financial solutions.
- **Sales Execution**: Promote and sell stock market-related products and services, such as mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and investment advisory services.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the stock market to provide relevant and accurate information to clients.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate and follow up on leads to identify new business opportunities within the stock market sector.
- **Client Education**: Educate clients about market trends, investment strategies, and the benefits of various financial products.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by effectively closing sales and upselling additional products and services.
- **Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure that all sales activities are carried out in compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience working in the stock market or a financial services role.
- **Certifications**: NISM certification is mandatory (e.g., NISM-Series-I: Currency Derivatives, NISM-Series-V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors).
- **Skills**:
- Strong sales skills and experience in a target-driven environment.
- Deep knowledge of stock market products, trends, and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in selling investment products or services.
- Familiarity with online trading platforms and financial analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
