**Tamil -Telesales Support**
Location**: Padivattom, Edappally**
Experience**:* Minimum**1 **year of experience in**banking sales / Customer support**. ( Consider**Fresher with Good Communication Skills in Tamil & English*)
Language Proficiency**:Fluent in English and Tamil

**Qualifications**:*Bachelor's degree is mandatory.*
Salary**:*₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month+ Incentives.*
Working Days**:*5 days* a week

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in Tamil.
- Explain products or services clearly and convincingly.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM tools.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the team for process improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, BPO, or banking.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented and target-driven.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
