- Any graduate having 1+ years of experience manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Target driven.
- Will be responsible for Business Development through online &; offline selling of Demat A/C and Acquisition of clients.
- Responsible for Product Penetration through effective selling of Equity, and other asset classes.
- Understanding customer requirements and pitching the product. Briefing about the product (Account Opening, Subscription, Mutual funds, stocks, SIP, etc.) to Customers. Data Updation of the calls received in CRM.
- Adherence to the customer support processes and policies.
- Resolving customer complaints within TAT. Maintaining a pleasant working environment for the team.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

**Education**:

- Any Degree

**Experience**:

- min. 1 year in customer service and Demat account opening

**Skills**:

- Communications, Detail oriented, Support team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
