**About the role**:
**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily site visits to ensure smooth project execution.
- Interpret and understand engineering drawings to guide site activities.
- Supervise and monitor site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve problems at the site, coordinating with the team and clients.
- Maintain proper communication with customers and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to the management.
- Ensure that all work is carried out as per the company's standards and guidelines.

**Skills**:

- 2-3 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in engineering, construction, or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle challenges at project sites.
- Good coordination and communication skills for customer interactions.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan.
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
