Job Overview:
The Project Coordinator cum Skilling Center Manager is responsible for the overall management and coordination of skilling centers under the program. The role involves ensuring efficient operations, mobilization of participants, and meeting project objectives within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Implementation: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of skilling centers and ensure adherence to project goals. -Team Coordination: Supervise trainers, support staff, and volunteers to maintain smooth training sessions. -Participant Engagement: Ensure participants are enrolled, engaged, and retained throughout the program. Address any grievances. -Outreach and Mobilization: Lead outreach efforts to identify and recruit participants from underprivileged communities, including women and LGBTQIA+ individuals. -Monitoring and Reporting: Track the progress of the training programs and prepare timely reports for stakeholders. -Government Scheme Enrollment: Facilitate participant registration for relevant schemes like MSME, e-Shram, and ABHA. -Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, government bodies, and program partners.

Skills Required:

- Strong organizational and time management abilities. -Excellent communication skills in English and local languages. -Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Ability to work with diverse groups and foster an inclusive environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
