**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for an MEP Modeler at Virtual Building Studio. The MEP Modeler will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with architects and engineers, conducting clash detection, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of MEP systems in building designs.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software
- Experience in creating detailed 3D models of MEP systems
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing codes and standards
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Prior experience in Architecture or Engineering projects
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Pay: ₹10,121.80 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
