Listen attentively to customers' concerns, questions, and feedback, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, issues, or escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, technical support, or logistics, to coordinate solutions and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the resolution and to address any additional needs or concerns.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
- Verify order details, address any discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in billing and shipping information.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers as necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
