**The Experience**

The CBS Talent Acquisition Administrator is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers of the TA process in an effort to make a positive experience for all participants in the hiring process. Coordinators are responsible for assisting the CBS Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Specialist by effectively supporting the TA process through tasking which includes, but is not limited to, scheduling and logistics for interviews, forms and technology maintenance, and referral payout tracking.

**What you’ll do...**
- Schedules logistics for external and internal recruiting events
- Confirms participant availability and schedules all phone screens, teleconference, and in-person interviews with all participants
- Sends interview schedule and directions or teleconference instructions to all participants
- Distribute requisite tools / templates to support the evaluation process
- Manage / maintain all process documentation (if applicable)
- Create job requisitions / job postings for IJP roles
- Referral program validation and / payout tracking
- Confirm start date and communicate day one logistics to new hires
- Initiate pre-employment checks with external vendor(s), monitor pre-hire due diligence timelines, and collect results
- Reviews results of pre-employment due diligence testing
- Arbitrates if there are issues flagged during the pre-employment process
- Escalates any issues to appropriate decision makers

**What you’ll need...**
- At least one 5+ years of experience in HR functions
- Proficient in Computers and experience with Success factors will be desirable
- Bachelor’s degree / working towards
- Proficiency in English
