- **Conceptual Design**:Develop design concepts through sketches, mood boards, and floor plans, incorporating elements like color palettes, furniture layouts, and lighting schemes.
- **Space Planning**:Analyze space constraints and create efficient layouts to optimize functionality and flow.
- **Material Selection**:Research and source appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures like flooring, wall coverings, cabinetry, and lighting based on client needs and budget.
- **Furniture Sourcing**:Select and procure furniture pieces that align with the design aesthetic and client preferences.
- **Project Management**:Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure timely completion within budget parameters.
- **Technical Drawings**:Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for contractors to execute the design.
- **Site Visits**:Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
- **Presentation Skills**:Present design proposals to clients, effectively communicating design concepts and rationale.

**Required Skills**:

- **Creative Vision**:Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to translate client needs into visually appealing design concepts.
- **Technical Expertise**:Understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and construction methods.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- **Software Proficiency**:Expertise in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering programs.
