Job Title: Interior Designer (AutoCAD Specialist)

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize AutoCAD software to create precise 2D interior design drawings for various projects, including commercial office spaces, restaurants, villas, supermarkets, and mall-shop interiors.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative and innovative interior design concepts that meet client requirements and project objectives.
- Produce detailed floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings to communicate design intent effectively.
- Assist in the development of 3D renderings and visualizations using AutoCAD or other software as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to incorporate into design concepts.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers to ensure design solutions are aligned with project goals and requirements.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of drawings and specifications.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree /Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of [2]years of experience working as an Interior Designer, with a strong focus on commercial office spaces, restaurants, villas, supermarkets, and mall-shop interiors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software, with advanced skills in 2D drafting and detailing.
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit is a plus.
- Strong design sensibility and creativity, with the ability to develop innovative design concepts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality drawings under tight deadlines.
- Previous experience working abroad and returning to the homeland is preferred.
- Passion for interior design and a genuine enthusiasm for the work.
