Senior Interior Designer

Overview We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail a strong sense of aesthetics and the ability to lead and inspire a team of designers As a Senior Interior Designer you will be responsible for overseeing the design process from conception to completion ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and innovation Key Responsibilities Project Leadership Lead the design team in the development and execution of interior design projects Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints Collaborate with clients to understand their needs preferences and project goals Develop design concepts that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing Design Development Create detailed design plans including layouts color schemes lighting and furniture selections Utilize advanced design software e g AutoCAD SketchUp Revit to produce high-quality renderings and presentations Select and specify materials finishes and furnishings Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with the approved plans Client Relations Maintain strong relationships with clients providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly Present design proposals and modifications to clients incorporating their feedback into the final design Ensure client satisfaction through all phases of the design process Team Collaboration Mentor and guide junior designers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment Coordinate with architects contractors and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members Budget Management Develop and manage project budgets ensuring cost-effective design solutions Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices for materials and furnishings Monitor project expenses and adjust plans as necessary to stay within budget Industry Knowledge Stay current with industry trends materials and technologies Attend industry events trade shows and professional development opportunities to continually enhance skills and knowledge Incorporate sustainable design practices and innovative solutions into projects Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Interior Design Architecture or a related field Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in interior design with a proven track record of successful projects Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp Revit and Adobe Creative Suite Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of completed projects Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and mentor a team Preferred Skills Certification from a recognized interior design association e g NCIDQ ASID Experience in commercial residential and hospitality design Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Health dental and vision insurance Retirement savings plan with company match Professional development opportunities Flexible work environment and opportunities for remote work If you are a passionate and experienced interior designer looking to take your career to the next level we would love to hear from you Apply today to join our team and help us create inspiring and innovative spaces for our clients 4o Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 22 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Education Diploma Preferred Experience total work 5 years Required Interior design 5 years Required Work Location In person
