
Operations Officer- Life Insurance

You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks related to policy issuance, deficiency management, query handling, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- : Support Sales / LOB & ensure issuance of life insurance policies accurately and efficiently.
- : Support Sales / LOB / Customers & ensure the deficiency in the documents is resolved within defined TAT
- : Conduct quality checks on policy documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- : Communicate with customers regarding policy issuance status and any additional requirements.
- : Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- : Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the issuance process.
- : Ensure to resolve all the assigned cases / work is completed within defined TAT
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in life insurance operations or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems).
- IC 33 / IC 39 Certification is a plus.
- Bachelor Degree Require
