As the Admin & Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the following transactions of our company:
2- Register / Login of All Insurance Companies & Investments related to Sharma Consultants only
3- Preparing Excel Portfolios of all clients
4- Maintaining Regular Renewal Portfolio of the entire Base on Daily basis
5- Settling Claim settlement for Health, Life, Non life Insurance including Cashless & reimbursement
6- Get Insurance login process entirely completed & getting the onboarding of customers to Sharma Consultants
8- Handling Google Reviews & feedback mechanism of our existing & new Clients onboarded
9- Managing Office Daily Transactions like Petty cash, Vendor Mangement etc.
10- Administration work at office to be updated on daily basis like Document Management, Docket Management.
11- Taking recommendations from existing Clients & cross selling them need based Services from our basket of Financial Services
12- Arranging & coordinating of Financial planning workshop at Clients location
13- Getting Collaterals Printed & other Gifting Merchandise ready from Vendors
14- Uploading Latest updates on Company's website if needed.
You will love the role if you have:
1- A Graduation degree in Management or Commerce with 2-3 years of experience in Operations in Insurance
2-Excellent analytical abilities to identify irregularities & rectify the system
4- An assertive attitude with a passion for growing and excelling in a collaborative environment
5- Excellent communication skills and multitasking ability
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
