Looking for BIM Modeler as per below requirement:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and model Building Information Models (BIM) using Autodesk Revit for various disciplines, including architecture, structure, and MEP.
- Interpret and convert 2D drawings, sketches, and specifications into detailed 3D models.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of models and drawings.
- Coordinate BIM models across different disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
- Extract accurate and detailed construction drawings, schedules, and quantities from BIM models.
- Update and maintain BIM models based on project changes or feedback.
- Conduct quality checks on BIM models to ensure alignment with project specifications and standards.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in Revit or BIM is an advantage.
- 1-5 years of experience in BIM modelling with Revit.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for BIM modeling and documentation.
- Understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192) and practices.
- Experience with clash detection tools like Navisworks or BIM 360.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and detailing.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP designs.

**Preferred skills**:

- Familiarity with Dynamo for automation in Revit.
- Experience with other BIM tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Rhino.
- Knowledge of visualization tools such as Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
