**Job Title**: Revit Designer

**Experience Required**: [ 2-5 years]

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop 3D models and detailed drawings using Autodesk Revit.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements.
- Create and modify Revit families, templates, and libraries.
- Coordinate and integrate BIM models across disciplines, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare construction documents, plans, and layouts.
- Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Review and refine models to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide technical support for Revit-related tasks to the team.
- Maintain project documentation and manage version control.

**Key Requirements**
- **Education**: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum [X years] of experience in Revit modeling and drafting.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of BIM Level 2 processes and standards.
- Familiarity with architectural and structural detailing.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- **Additional Skills**: Knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and sustainability principles is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
