**Job Summary**:
The MEP BIM Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing models across design and construction teams. The role ensures that MEP systems are accurately represented in the BIM environment, clash-free, and aligned with project requirements and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, coordinate, and manage MEP BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools.
- Ensure models adhere to project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), company standards, and LOD requirements.
- Conduct interdisciplinary clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar software.
- Collaborate closely with architectural, structural, and MEP design teams to ensure proper model integration and coordination.
- Prepare MEP coordination drawings and support shop drawing production.
- Attend and lead BIM coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Implement updates and changes to MEP models as project phases progress.
- Support field teams by providing up-to-date BIM information and coordinating with site logistics.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of BIM libraries, standards, and templates for MEP components.
- Generate and manage MEP documentation exports such as schedules, quantity take-offs, and clash reports.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in BIM coordination specifically for MEP systems.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP), Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD MEP, and BIM 360 / ACC.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction practices, and coordination workflows.
- Experience with clash detection and resolution.
- Familiarity with BIM standards such as ISO 19650, PAS 1192, or regional equivalents.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
