**Job Title**: Sales Coordinator
**Department**: Sales
**Reports To**: Business Development Manager
**Location**: Mulund, Mumbai.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Manage Sales Data**: Maintain and organize all sales-related data in an electronic format, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- **Follow-Up on Sales Leads**: Regularly follow up on sales leads to convert them into potential customers.
- **Cold Calling**: Conduct cold calling over the telephone to reach out to potential customers and schedule appointments.
- **Maintain Sales Records**: Keep detailed records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, sales figures, and follow-up schedules.
- **Coordinate Appointments**: Schedule and coordinate appointments for sales representatives with potential clients.
- **Support Sales Team**: Assist the sales team by providing necessary information and resources to help them achieve their targets.
- **Prepare Reports**: Generate regular sales reports and present them to the sales manager for review.
- **Customer Support**: Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support when needed.
- **Promotional Activities**: Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional materials and events to boost sales opportunities.
- **Collaborate with Other Departments**: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and production, to ensure brand consistency and increase sales opportunities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 63 per week
