**Job Summary**:
The **Commis 1 - Continental Cuisine** is responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of a wide range of Continental dishes such as pastas, steaks, soups, sauces, grills, and salads. This role involves supporting senior chefs, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring high-quality, consistent food output.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook Continental dishes including soups, grills, pasta, pizzas, sandwiches, and sauces.
- Set up and manage mise-en-place for the assigned section.
- Follow standard recipes and plating guidelines for consistent presentation and taste.
- Assist Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily operations and kitchen coordination.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen equipment.
- Comply with all food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and prepared items.
- Participate in stock-taking, inventory, and kitchen cleaning schedules.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
- 1-3 years of experience in a Continental kitchen, ideally in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
- Knowledge of Continental cooking techniques, sauces, grilling, and baking.
- Good knife skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with international plating standards.
- Understanding of dietary restrictions and allergen handling.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
