**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and target potential clients across industries.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead details and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with sales/BD team to ensure lead conversion.
- Meet weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
- Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- 2-5 years of experience in **pre-sales / inside sales / lead generation** (preferably in IT).
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Education**:

- Preferred: BCA, BSc (IT), BTech

**Other Details**:

- **Workdays**: Monday to Friday **(5 Days Working)**
- **Timings**: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- **Weekends Off**: Saturday & Sunday
- **Job Type**: Full Time

Pay: ₹10,577.17 - ₹25,000.00 per month
