**Requirements and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food industry, and FMCG sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of the Indian Food Market.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and building strong relationships.
- Familiarity with the local food market and existing networks is a plus.
A passion for food and a genuine enthusiasm for promoting a new food brand.As a sales executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets. You will be required to develop and maintain client relationships, gather market intelligence, and support promotional activities. This position demands a proactive approach to sales operations within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
**Responsibilities**:
- Promote and sell our meat condiments (Spicy Chicken pickle) brand to potential customers, including retailers, and high-end dining Indian restaurants.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets for assigned products or territories.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, food festivals, and other relevant events to showcase our products.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Preparing sales reports and forecasts for management.
Collaborating with marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
