- Help in monitoring production schedules and coordinating updates with the production team.
- Support inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and material requisitions.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Compile and analyze data related to production, inventory, and quality control.
- Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify efficiency improvements.
- Assist in implementing new administrative tools and processes.
- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Support cross-departmental communication and collaboration efforts.
- Provide support for special projects as needed.
