**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook tandoori dishes according to standardized recipes and specific instructions from the Head Chef.
- Marinate meats and vegetables for tandoori cooking, ensuring proper seasoning and flavour infusion.
- Operate and maintain tandoori ovens and other equipment used in tandoori cooking, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate with the Head Chef or Sous Chef regarding inventory needs.
- Assist in the development of new tandoori recipes and menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

**Job Overview**:
**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably in an Indian restaurant or hotel kitchen.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Indian cuisine, particularly tandoori cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
