- **Tandoor Operation**: Maintain and operate the tandoor oven, ensuring consistent high temperatures for optimal cooking.
- **Food Quality & Presentation**: Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are met for all tandoori items.
- **Ingredient Preparation**: Marinate meats, seafood, and vegetables for tandoori dishes.
- **Hygiene & Safety**: Adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- **Kitchen Management**: Manage inventory, order supplies as needed, and keep workstations clean and organized.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate effectively with the head chef and other kitchen staff.
- **Menu Development**: Contribute to menu planning and the development of new tandoori dishes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
