Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute growth strategies to enhance market presence and profitability.
Establish and drive long-term business goals in collaboration with other partners.
Monitor industry trends and innovations to ensure the agency remains ahead of the curve.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify and target potential high-value clients for the agency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Oversee major campaigns and projects to ensure alignment with client objectives and agency standards.
Operational Management:
Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Ensure the successful execution of marketing projects within budget and timelines.
Maintain quality standards across all agency outputs.
Team Leadership & Development:
Mentor and guide senior managers and department leads.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Identify and nurture talent within the agency to build a high-performing team.
Financial Accountability:
Contribute to budgeting and financial planning for the agency.
Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability across projects.
Develop strategies to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency.
Marketing Expertise:
Provide thought leadership in areas such as digital marketing, branding, SEO, paid media, and content marketing.
Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and forums.
Drive innovation by introducing new marketing techniques and technologies.
**Requirements**:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Skills & Competencies:
Proven track record in client acquisition and business growth.
Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and resource management.
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Partner or senior executive in a marketing agency.
Established network within the industry.
Certifications in advanced marketing tools or methodologies (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, or Agile Marketing).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
