We are presently looking for a dedicated colleague to join our PMS team in Mumbai. This is a great opportunity to gain experience and contribute to a highly dedicated and international team.

**What we can offer**

The open position is in the PMS Project Management department which consists of four dedicated team members in Mumbai.

Effective planning, preparation and execution of planned maintenance jobs on board TORM’s vessels are crucial and goes hand-in-hand with our ambition to deliver high
- quality and cost-effective technical management.

The PMS team is responsible for successful execution and implementation of important projects that will enable our ambitions to competitively maintain our fleet of vessels at very high standards.

As our new colleague, you will have an important role in the PMS team. Furthermore, your responsibilities will include:

- PMS daily support tasks
- Updating job descriptions, intervals and align across the entire fleet
- Ensure cooperation and cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing
- Maintaining spare part data
- Act as back-up for colleagues

Planned Maintenance System (PMS) is an integrated part of our Fleet Management System (FMS) which is Sertica.

**To succeed in the job**

Furthermore, we expect that you have/are:
Sailing experience as a Marine Engineer
- A good team player
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook
- Previous experience with PMS will be an advantage
